Dupa succesul masini cum ar fi Smart  sau Fiat 500, BMW intentioneaza sa reinvie proectul numit Isetta. Primul Isetta era propulsat de un motor de motocicleta care producea aproximativ 12 cai si era montat in spatele masinii. In proectul initial singura cale de acces era prin  partea de fata a masinii. Noul Isseta, spre deosebire de modelul original, va avea patru roti si doua usi laterale. Cu toate astea, noul Isetta  isi va mentine forma initiala, ceea de ou. Etapa de reconceperea masinii este inca la inceput. BMW nu va lua o decizie concreta pana in 2010. Noul Isetta va fi propulsata de un motor nou, curat, si va fi printre cele mai ecologice masini BMW.

Vechiul BMW Isetta

Este una din dintre cele mai de succes micromasini construite vrodata. Ea a foast cunoscuta de asemenea si ca o masina bula, datorita ferestrei si a formei de ou.

Mini

Mini, populara masinuta a bitacinilor, a fost  produsa de BMC intre anii 1959 – 2000. Ea a fost inlocuita de noul  MINI, lansata in 2001. Cooper, masinuta lansata in 2007, a fost produsa in diferite modele: coupe,  sport coupe, decapotabila, fiinde disponibila in mai multe variante de la HT la Convetible S.

FIAT 500

Modelul 500, produs de compania italiana Fiat intre anii 1957 si 1975, a fost considerata ceea mai populara masina pentru orasele aglomerate. Noul Fiat a fost prezentat pentru prima data in martie 2007 la exact 50 de ani de la primul Fiat 500 construit. Masina are un aspect retro, precum noul Volkswagen Beetle sau Mini Cooper-ul, dar mai ieftina decat cele doua.

Volkswagen Beetle

Produs de Volkswagen, din 1938 pana in 2003, este una dintre cele mai populare masini făcut vreodata.
New Beetle, introdus in 1998, vine cu multe aspecte “Retro” de design, caracteristici care se regasesc in vechia broscuta. Practic, designerii au creat o masina moderna pe o platforma deja existenta pastrand toate acele caracteristici care au facut-o asa populara si indragita.

New BMW Isetta

After micros such as the Smart and the Fiat 500, BMW is considering bringing back the Isetta.The original Isetta was powered by a rear-mounted motorcycle engine that delivered about 12 horsepower. On the original model the only door was its swing-away nose panel.

The modern Isetta, unlike the original, will have four wheels and two doors on the sides. Also the new Isetta will retain the egg-shaped silhouette of the original. At the moment, redesign is in the earliest stages, BMW may not make a decision on it until 2010. The new Isetta would be powered by a clean engine that would be the most ecological BMW.

One of the most successful microcars ever produced, wich was also known as a bubble car because of the bubble-like windows and an egg shape.

Mini

The Mini is a small car that was produced by the BMC from 1959 to 2000. The most popular British-made car ever. It has been replaced by the New MINI, which was launched in 2001. The 2007 Cooper is a 4-passenger family coupe, sports coupe, convertible, or convertible sports car, available in 4 trims, ranging from the HT to the S Convertible.
