Knowing the sales, vigilance and maintain a list of priorities is great–but nothing will get you further (or our bubby happier) than some good ol’ fashioned coupons. If you haven’t noticed, offers almost every one check-out screen the possibility in a promotional offer or discount code (usually in addition to your final total) typing. And more often than not, codes are waiting for you out there in the vast wilderness of the Interwebz. In addition to the traditional trick Google “StoreYouLike + coupons” there are a few other ways to find discount codes that do not send you running to potentially unsafe sites. Several sites are great for different things–and as we have said, much of our knowledge comes from fashion. This does not mean, however, that these tricks not apply on other merchandise. Often times, shopping-message boards have info from die-hard fans, so choose “blogs” on the left side of your Google search to see of user-submitted tags. Our favorite go-to coupon site is RetailMeNot, a simple, friendly interface that points to the most popular websites and best deals of the day. You can also search on the site for a specific store–more often or not, it is available. Other thoroughly, but less easily navigable sites include coupon cabin, the coupon mountain, the Coupon Sherpa and the coupon MOM. Site search, see the code (often titled something like HOLIDAY20 or TREATS2) and take it back to the seller. Enter in the box of the discount and voîla. You have saved yourself some dough. And nothing says holiday more than saving money.

To be honest, this tip is not so much about technology or increasing productivity: this is about knowing what you want and use the Internet to find it. Create a list of wants and needs. You would need a new vacuum cleaner, but really want to have a massage. You may need a new set of pillow, but want a new series of the skirt. Articulating what you want, and a list handy, is a great way to know what you want if you’re flooded with information-intensive discount sites. Also, when the e-mail folder that we have set up on Monday, you can quickly fill the headlines from sites like social life, GroupOn and gilt to see if something on your need or want to list pops up eye. Skype Struggling to Recover with many users still cannot connect

23 december 2010 December is a difficult month for the Web. The Tumblrpocalypse unable to post earlier this month millions left, and yesterday Skype service was shut down in a supernode collapse that millions unable to connect to the VoIP service for most of the day left. Reuters reports that 80% of the users have regained primary voice and IM-service, all offline IM and group video calls are still down. The sequel packs in a whole lot more of what his predecessor so well made: awesome gadgets, great voice acting and tons of awkward gameplay. At the same time satisfying “Merry Gear Solid 2″ closely to her inspiration; If you are not versed in ‘ metal Gear ‘ lore, prepare to be left out in the cold (and good luck beating of the first boss).
